Internal Sales Dutch/German/English

Your role

As a support link for our three export managers, you are the key person in our export-oriented activities. You will start with an in-depth training on our market approach, product solutions and systems, enabling you to develop tailor-made solutions for our customers and prepare related quotations.

You are the first point of contact for customer questions via phone or email and proactively follow up on quotations and orders. All these tasks are accurately administratively processed in our Navision system.

As the central contact person, you have daily contact with various internal departments, including logistics, production, accounting and administration. You maintain an overview of ongoing matters within the sales department and are always ready to assist our export managers.

By actively listening to customers and identifying their concrete needs, you provide valuable input and contribute to our ongoing sales and marketing strategy.

Your profile

  1. You have a higher education, are ambitious and driven to develop professionally.
  2. This is where your personality and competencies come in. We are looking for a young potential with a sense of initiative. Autonomy, responsibility and flexibility are crucial. You will actively participate in this growing company.
  3. In order to provide our customers with a smooth communication, you have a good knowledge of Dutch, English and German.
  4. Technical affinity is a plus!
